This guide (in French) was the result of course work by students of the 2021 CoPEH-Canada hybrid course on ecosystem approaches to health. It is a step-by-step guide to carrying out a mindfullness excercise in a natural environment with elementary students. It can be adapted to other ecosystems and audiences.
